Crisp, clean, and refreshing, this pilsner is styled after the original Bohemian classic from the town of Pizen, Czech Republic. Pilz is a golden-colored brew that balances a pleasant hoppiness with its smooth malt flavor. It finishes dry with a moderate bitterness that is a hallmark of the style. Available Year-round

Big Bark Amber Lager
"Smooth" is the first word from your mouth after a taste of Big Bark Amber. This Vienna-style lager has a reddish-amber color with a smooth, malty flavor and low hop bitterness. It is made from Czech and German malts and German hops. "All Bark, No Bite." Everyone likes this beer. Available Year-round

HefeWeizen
Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, our HefeWeizen has a cloudy, straw-colored appearance with a thick, creamy head. It is fermented with an authentic Weizenbier yeast strain which imparts delicate notes of clove, vanilla and banana which harmonize perfectly with its mild refreshing tartness. Together these flavors create the perfect thirst quencher to beat the Texas heat. Available Year-round

Liberation Ale
Liberation Ale is light in color and strong in hop character. Dry hopping with Cascade hops, gives this favorite a delicious citrus note reminiscent of a Texas Ruby Red. Its 60 IBUs will satisfy the most demanding of hop heads, while its full malt character balances the assertive hoppiness. This is one of the most well-balanced IPAs you can find. Available Year-round

Schwarzbier - Spring Seasonal
Schwarzbier is an opaque black lager that reveals deep ruby undertones in the light. Munich, Pilsner and Black Malt flavors play off the flowery, spicy notes of Noble German hops. Cold fermentation and conditioning with Bavarian lager yeast assures a clean draught with a dry finish. We are extraordinarily pleased to present this exceptional specialty lager. Available to enjoy March through May

Roggenbier - Summer Seasonal
Roggenbier is German for Rye Beer. Designed to highlight rye malt's unique contribution to traditional brewing, the beer is mashed with German Rye malt and has a cloudy appearance and a refreshing tartness. In homage to its medieval roots, the beer is lightly hopped and is fermented with special German ale yeast that, after lagering, yields a restrained fruitiness that compliments the spice of the rye. Roggenbier is a crisp, complex and deliciously refreshing beer for the summer. Available to enjoy June through August

Oaktoberfest - Fall Seasonal
A fall classic, our Oaktoberfest emphasizes rich malt flavor. We use German malt and hops to give it an authentic Bavarian character. The rich maltiness of this brew is a good match with spicy cuisine, as well as barbecue. Live Oak Oaktoberfest will certainly raise the level of enjoyment at your next fall gathering. Available September - December

Primus - Winter Seasonal
Our new winter seasonal, Primus (pronounced, "pre moose"), is a dark, rich German-style Weizen beer (beer made with wheat malt) fermented with a very particular strain of brewers' yeast that gives this beer it's unique spicy and fruity character. The unfiltered beer has the characteristic clove and banana flavors familiar to HefeWeizen drinkers but with a darker and richer roasty malt character that is typical of some German-style Bock beers. The alcohol strength will be around 8%. Available November - January
